A marketing strategy asks businesses to self-reflect on what is and isn’t working so well, to help shape marketing activities and highlight areas in need of improvement. Marketing strategies help to create a tangible plan of action of how goals can be reached and achieved.

OUR APPROACH

When working with clients to create marketing strategies, Author uses research and analysis to determine both the strength and weaknesses in the current marketing, in addition to understanding the realistic circumstances which led to this.

If appropriate, we may offer advice on simple tactics to improve areas or weaknesses by equipping clients with tools to self-manage, or propose ways in which we may provide ongoing marketing support.
