A new brand for Newcastle Rugby League - visual and communication identity developed by AUTHOR. 

At the core of this rebrand lies a commitment to inclusivity and community. A brand that recognises the love, spirit & commitment to the game - a region big on footy. A brand that highlights the everyday individuals that make it possible - more than a footy comp, a true-blue community.

Since 1910, Newcastle Rugby League has been the heart and soul of rugby league in the Hunter region - and now NEWRL - a new shortened or abbreviated way of referring to the competition, brings a more fun and dynamic approach to the association.

As the quality of NEWRL's competition continues to grow, AUTHOR. was honoured to develop a new brand to match this evolution.
