AUTHOR. was engaged by NuServices, an entity of the University of Newcastle, to develop a marketing strategy that would support the promotion of their key retail venues, Local Connections & L.C. Deli.

Whilst providing a marketing strategy to strengthen the brand’s presence within the University and wider community, AUTHOR. provided key content and creative campaigns to integrate into NuServices’ wider strategy. This strategy also called for execution throughout the year with a focus on high traffic periods.

To support the execution of proposed campaigns, AUTHOR. coordinated photography and video production as well as designed promotional collateral including flyers, vouchers and social media assets. A student guideline was also developed by AUTHOR. to aid in the ongoing execution of the wider marketing strategy for their in-house team.
